Donald Yeung Donald is from Hong Kong, where he received his undergraduate degree in finance from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1968. He worked for South Sea Textile Manufacturing Co., Ltd from 1968 to 1973 and joined TAL (Ramtex's parent company) in November of 1973. He worked for three years at TAL's Taiwan operation which consisted of a cotton and acrylic yarn mill, a cloth mill and three cut and sew facilities. He returned to the headquarters in Hong Kong at the end of 1976 to work as chief accountant and financial controller for the group. From 1983 to 1988 he was the finance director of TAL. He came to the states in 1988 and has worked for Ramtex ever since. Donald is married with two sons. |

Walter Bosch Walter is from Winterthur, Switzerland where he participated in a four year apprenticeship at Rieter Switzerland. He worked as a technician for Rieter all over Europe and received his undergraduate degree from the Textile College in Reutlingen, Germany. Following college, he worked again for Reiter until 1984 and was in charge of building complete textile mills on five continents. From 1984 through 1996, he was plant manager in Switzerland at Dietfurt Yarn and Weaving Mill and Kunz Yarn Mills. He has held several different positions with Ramtex since 1996 until being appointed executive vice president in 2001. Walter has been married for 30 years and has one son. |
